Attendees may display, and sell, literature, books, and other materials. Tables must be reserved at the time of registration on this registration form. Display tables will be grouped together at one end of the meeting room. Tables may be set up on Thursday morning, July 19. They must be cleared by 4 pm, Saturday afternoon. The Thursday evening reception will be held in the exhibit area, and participants may visit the exhibits during breaks (30 minutes between sessions), during meal breaks, and at any time the conference is in session. Materials may be pre-shipped to: Crowne Plaza Dallas Clearly mark each package "Freedom21" - and your name. Table space is limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. |
