Display Tables $45 each

Attendees may display, and sell, literature, books, and other materials. Tables must be reserved at the time of registration on this registration form. Display tables will be grouped together at one end of the meeting room. Tables may be set up on Thursday, July 24, 7:00 am - 12:00 pm. They must be cleared by 7:00 pm, Saturday, July 26. Participants may visit the exhibits during breaks (30 minutes between sessions), during meal breaks, and at any time the conference is in session. For those who wish to exhibit their products and NOT attend the conference, the cost for the table(s) will be $45 each plus $20 per table attendent. (Those exhibiting only will not be eligible for conference attendance or food functions.) Materials may be pre-shipped to: Clearly mark each package "Freedom21" - and your name. |
